Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets for capital projects, monitor progress and address deviations
- Define and implement business processes and systems for high-volume production (MES, inventory, configuration, traceability)
- Serve as subject matter expert for Starshield production processes, enabling complex troubleshooting and problem solving
- Implement data acquisition and tracking for production, quality, environmental, testing, and safety metrics
- Support leadership by identifying trends and opportunities to improve output, quality, and manufacturability costs
- Collaborate across engineering, production, test, inventory, quality, supply chain, and customer experience teams
- Contribute leadership and creative problem solving under tight deadlines and changing requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Software, Industrial, or other engineering discipline
- Relevant collegiate engineering projects or internships count toward experience
