Senior Technical Recruiter, Contractor - job 1 of 4

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company building AI-powered autonomy, sensor fusion, and command-and-control systems for U.S. and allied military customers. The Senior Technical Recruiter (contractor) will own full-cycle technical recruiting for Mission Systems (software and hardware), partnering closely with engineering leaders to source, engage, and close cleared and technical talent in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Skills

  • Proven technical sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem and similar tools
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management with hiring managers and leadership
  • Experience hiring candidates with U.S. security clearances and familiarity with DOD/IC hiring
  • Data-driven pipeline tracking and recruiting metrics analysis
  • Deep network across software and hardware engineering talent pools

Responsibilities

  • Source and manage a high-volume pipeline of software and hardware engineering candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem, referrals and other channels
  • Partner with hiring managers and directors to define role requirements, influence talent strategy, and deliver hiring plans
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews, maintaining high interview-to-offer ratios and a strong candidate experience
  • Analyze pipeline and performance data to identify opportunities and drive data-informed recruiting improvements
  • Build scalable recruiting processes, referral programs, and best practices to support long-term hiring needs
  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives and represent internal DEI efforts
  • Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing tools, web-scraping, automation, and candidate management

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications or training in recruiting/sourcing are a plus
