Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and manage a high-volume pipeline of software and hardware engineering candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem, SOBO campaigns and web-scraping techniques
- Partner with hiring managers and directors to define requirements, influence talent strategy, and maintain strong hiring rhythms
- Embed with teams to understand product, technical roadmap, and culture to effectively pitch roles and close candidates
- Track, analyze and report pipeline and performance metrics to uncover opportunities and guide data-driven recruiting decisions
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives and represent DEI efforts throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Provide a consistent, transparent, and positive candidate experience from sourcing through offer
- Act as subject matter expert on sourcing tools, processes, and continuous improvement opportunities
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, STEM or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience in technical recruiting accepted
