Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for hardware roles in the Air Dominance and Strike division, from sourcing through offer and close
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy
- Develop and optimize sourcing strategies, talent maps, and market intelligence to identify passive and active candidates
- Leverage and improve recruiting tech stack (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, email automation) to increase efficiency and candidate funnel quality
- Run initial screening interviews, maintain strong interview-to-offer ratios, and ensure excellent candidate experience
- Provide regular strategic updates, hiring metrics, and business reviews to influence recruitment outcomes and process improvements
- Represent Anduril’s employer brand externally and internally to sell the value proposition to top hardware talent
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field — or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant certifications or training in recruiting/talent acquisition helpful
