Skills
- Experience in U.S. national security/defense with direct exposure to EUCOM or its components/units.
- Proven track record in business development, capture, or strategic engagement with partner militaries and international customers.
- Knowledge of U.S. security cooperation authorities, FMS/DCS processes, and international procurement dynamics.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including briefing senior leaders and drafting executive-level memos.
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain, proposals, legal, and finance to execute complex opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and drive EUCOM strategic campaigns and complex BD projects in support of Global Defense goals.
- Maintain deep understanding of EUCOM requirements, workflows, and capability gaps to inform product development and demonstrations.
- Lead targeted opportunities with foreign partners requiring fluency in U.S. security cooperation authorities (e.g., FMS/DCS) and international armaments cooperation.
- Manage relationships with key international organizations, partner-nation militaries, think tanks, and industry associations.
- Prepare business development deliverables including white papers, proposals, executive presentations, and memos.
- Capture and coordinate BD strategy, action items, and cross-functional inputs from engineering, legal, finance, and operations.
- Document meeting notes, summarize findings and actions, and produce weekly deal progress updates for internal audiences.
- Advocate Anduril perspectives externally to increase awareness and shape the strategic positioning of the company.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Relevant advanced degree (e.g., international relations, public policy, security studies) preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or lawful permanent resident) due to export-controlled information access.
