Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end special projects with the executive team from strategy development through cross-functional execution
- Provide research, data-driven analysis, and clear recommendations with trade-off framing
- Build and maintain advanced financial models to inform strategic decisions and cost optimization
- Design and improve processes, collaboration models, and team structures to address capability gaps
- Prepare executive‑facing memos and facilitate review meetings to drive strategic alignment
- Communicate and influence senior stakeholders across departments to ensure execution
- Operate with high velocity and productivity under pressure while maintaining high quality
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- MBA or advanced degree preferred (not required)
