Skills
- Expert SQL proficiency for complex analytics queries and modeling
- Hands-on experience with dbt and data modeling best practices
- Experience with Redshift and modern data warehouse architectures
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau for dashboarding and metrics
- Familiarity with Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise data platforms
- Proficiency in Python (or similar) for transformation, automation, and testing
- Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate business requirements into analytics
- Proven autonomy and process ownership in fast-paced environments
- Authorization as a U.S. Person for access to export-controlled information
Responsibilities
- Maintain, enhance, and scale the People Data Warehouse and ontology to reflect changing business needs
- Transform and model data from people systems into reusable, well-documented analytics entities
- Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and refine business logic
- Implement data quality checks, testing frameworks, and documentation to ensure trust and reliability
- Identify opportunities to streamline, align, and improve the people data foundation and workflows
- Serve as a technical and strategic thought partner on the People Data team
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience accepted
