Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the entire audit department and act as a contact point during staff absences.
- Manage calendars for Partner-in-Charge and department schedules.
- Plan events and meetings for the department and leadership.
- Prepare weekly Budget to Actual Reports for partners.
- Handle firm correspondence, prepare engagement letters, and manage mailing and binding of financial documents.
- Assist audit staff with supplies, correspondence, scanning, and administrative duties.
- Support the Audit Coordinator with project tracking, filing, and setting up client files.
- Manage scanning and emailing of returned signed confirmations and mailing original confirmations.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
