How will you make an impact in this role?

The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day. 

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. 

The Senior Manager of Customer Growth Spend Treatment Strategy is responsible for driving accepts and incremental revenue through customer-centric strategies across Spend treatments. This is a unique opportunity to lead during a defining moment for the channel, with an expanded focus on how we partner with CCPs and position Spend treatments through a servicing lens. The Senior Manager will test into new and compliant Phone scripts and offer constructs, optimize targeting strategy, analyze campaign performance, and ensure flawless execution to deliver our goals. This role is for someone energized by a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management skills, be both analytical & creative, and have a proven track record of delivering results while driving innovation.

Core Responsibilities include:  

  • Lead a team of two, overseeing day-to-day campaign execution while investing in their development. 
  • Partner with GSG on Spend Treatment CCP engagement and ensure alignment with Servicing strategies and Membership Value.  
  • Build and scale the next phase of ValGen Spend treatments - defining the test-and-learn roadmap and identifying new opportunities. 
  • Drive end-to-end marketing strategy from targeting through performance tracking, in partnership with Analytics, Product, Risk, Finance, MET, and Investment Services. 
  • Optimize Phone script, offer structures, and targeting based on insights and call performance. 
  • Partner closely with Card portfolio teams to align treatment strategy with broader marketing plans. 
  • Partner with Forecasting and Reporting leads to synthesize insights and clearly communicate campaign performance drivers.

  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to derive and communicate actionable insights from data. 
  • Exceptional relationship management and influence skills across cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong project management with keen attention to detail and a track record of executional excellence. 

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
