We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of internal and client-based projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and track project activities, resources, and timelines
Maintain and update project documentation and reports
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
Assist in budget tracking and risk assessment
Monitor project progress and promptly resolve issues or delays
Support the Project Manager in ensuring that objectives are achieved on time and within scope
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project)
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
