Job Description
Reboot Staff is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring each event runs smoothly from concept to completion, delivering exceptional experiences that align with our clients’ goals.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination of event logistics, timelines, and vendor communications
Support the Events Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks
Handle on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
Communicate with clients to ensure expectations are met
Maintain accurate records and post-event reports
Source materials and coordinate with venues, caterers, and suppliers
Monitor event progress and troubleshoot issues as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is a plus
Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
