NVIDIA is looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to join the Digital Human Technology team. You’ll partner with product, research, and engineering across initiatives, including generative AI-driven motion, retargeting, and synthetic data. You will drive clarity, alignment, and timely delivery by translating technical discussions into decisions and action and coordinating product lifecycle requirements.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead the program operating cadence: plan/facilitate meetings, capture decisions and action items, assign owners and due dates, and follow through
Translate technical discussions into clear updates for various audiences and drive concise written communication across teams
Build roadmap-aligned schedules to drive cross-team collaboration within NVIDIA
Drive release readiness by coordinating product lifecycle requirements with specialist teams across QA, security, and legal
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; advance and unblock effectively
Build and maintain lightweight dashboards for status, risks, and delivery health
Help define and refine pragmatic, agile-informed processes and standard methodologies to streamline day-to-day operations
Document specs, decisions, and meeting outcomes; keep shared knowledge organized
Collaborate with internal customers and partner teams across DHT and NVIDIA to land cross-product integrations
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of program/project management experience leading software programs
High-level technical proficiency; able to understand and communicate relevant concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong meeting facilitation
Ability to build schedules, and deliver multi-team releases
Experience coordinating product releases with QA, security, and legal teams
Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed
Consistent record of leading medium to large programs and projects
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Proven track record in 3D/animation, digital humans, robotics/SDG, or generative AI
Experience leading open-source software and open-weights AI models
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model/data lifecycles, evaluation, or governance
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices; certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe) are a plus
Proficiency in Jira

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD for Level 3, and 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
