- Proven financial and resource planning, projection, and risk-management experience
- Experience with government acquisition, reporting, and end-to-end proposal process
- Strong schedule management and schedule risk mitigation skills
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and program reporting tools; familiarity with JIRA preferred
- Ability to create and deliver clear presentations and written reports for leadership and customers
- Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and mentorship capabilities
- Active U.S. Top Secret clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required)
Responsibilities
- Support TPM and program leadership on resource management, contract deliverables, and master schedule execution
- Manage budgets, budget projections, and financial risk analysis for the program
- Track staffing levels and create forward-looking staffing projections
- Maintain and monitor master schedule; identify and mitigate schedule delays
- Prepare operational and summary reports, forward-looking metrics, and trend analyses for leadership
- Coordinate development, review, and timely submission of government deliverables
- Support contract actions, proposals, and sustainment/growth activities
- Monitor inventory, security requirements, and program compliance
- Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional program team members
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field (required)
- Advanced degree (MBA or related) is a plus
