Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and contribute to the execution of campaigns that build brand awareness and drive engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a creative and analytical team.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity
Coordinate promotional activities and trade shows
Create and proofread marketing materials for both internal and external use
Analyze campaign performance metrics and report findings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
