We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Jersey City, NJ. In this role, you will be the frontline of our customer experience, providing timely, empathetic, and solution-focused assistance. You will help customers navigate technical and service-related inquiries and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system in a professional and timely manner

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step resolutions

  • Document customer interactions and track issues for resolution follow-up

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems

  • Maintain a positive and patient tone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Provide feedback to help improve service processes and customer experience

  • Stay up to date on products, services, and system updates

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role (minimum 1-2 years preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Comfortable working with CRM or ticketing software

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
