Job Description
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Commercial Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs, and offering strategic solutions that align with Beloform’s services. This position requires a balance of business acumen, communication skills, and a proactive approach to client management.
Responsibilities
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with commercial clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and project outcomes.
Monitor market trends and client feedback to develop strategies for business growth.
Prepare reports, proposals, and performance analyses for clients and management.
Ensure all client interactions reflect Beloform’s values of professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in client relationship management, business development, or account management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts with professionalism and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on business opportunities.
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
