Job Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong business relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering strategies that align with their goals.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for client communications.
Understand client goals and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time and meet quality standards.
Monitor account performance, provide regular updates, and identify opportunities for growth.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in client management, account management, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM software knowledge is a plus.
