Operations Enablement Managaer

Alma is a rapidly scaling, mission-driven company simplifying access to affordable mental health care by enabling therapists to accept insurance and offer in-network care. We are seeking an Operations Enablement Manager to design and execute scalable onboarding, training, QA-informed education, and knowledge management strategies that empower our 150+ Core Operations team to perform at their best through rapid change.

Skills

  • Experience designing and delivering enablement programs and onboarding at scale
  • Proficiency with content and learning management systems (e.g., Guru, Docebo, Articulate 360)
  • Strong project and program management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to synthesize complex cross-functional info into clear, learner-focused content
  • Familiarity with QA-informed training and performance analytics
  • Comfort adopting modern tools (including AI) to accelerate content development and insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills for cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Translate product, policy, and org-level changes into comprehensive enablement plans (training, documentation, comms, QA improvements).
  • Design and deliver onboarding, continued education, micro-learning, and skill-building programs using adult learning principles.
  • Own and evolve knowledge management strategy to ensure timely, actionable information access for Operations teams.
  • Partner with Ops leadership, Product, CX, and People teams to analyze performance trends and address skill or knowledge gaps.
  • Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives, owning content development, facilitation, and communications execution.
  • Implement tooling, frameworks, and feedback loops to scale enablement impact and measure outcomes.
  • Promote a strong learning culture and motivate teams to adopt new skills and processes.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
