Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day workplace operations across multiple leased and co-working offices in the assigned North America region
- Recruit, grow, mentor, and coach Office Operations Specialists, Office Managers, and Front Desk Coordinators
- Design and drive strategic workplace initiatives using experimentation and employee feedback
- Manage regional workplace operations budget, lead vendor negotiations, RFPs, and set KPIs with regular QBRs
- Develop and enforce safety, compliance, and security policies in partnership with Physical Security
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, People Ops, Legal and other internal teams
- Serve as primary point of contact for workplace issues, emergencies, maintenance and landlord/building management communications
- Use data (space utilization, ticket volumes, employee feedback) to improve processes and inform planning
- Coordinate and execute office moves, adds, and changes
- Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects and regional programs for the Places team
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Relevant workplace/facilities certifications are a plus (IFMA, APPA, etc.)
