Skills
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent industry experience
- 2–4 years experience as a data scientist supporting product development
- Expert-level SQL skills
- Proficiency in R or Python for data analysis
- Practical experience developing and validating ML models
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments
- Experience creating metrics and dashboards to monitor product/model performance
- Strong statistical reasoning and experimental design skills
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analyses to generate insights that inform strategy and prioritization
- Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models to improve RCM processes (e.g., eligibility prediction, financial responsibility)
- Define metrics and create dashboards to measure product and model performance
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and model impact
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to shape the RCM product roadmap
- Identify new data science opportunities aligned with company OKRs and lead projects from inception to launch
- Communicate technical findings clearly to influence cross-functional decision-making
Education
- Master’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent industry experience
