About the Role
AllTrails is looking for a strategic, high-impact Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts. Reporting directly to the Manager of Talent and People Operations, you will be the sole recruiter responsible for shaping how we find, attract, and hire the people who help millions of adventurers explore the outdoors. This role is designed for someone who thrives on autonomy and is eager to build a world-class hiring engine from the ground up.
You will be a key partner to leadership, managing the full lifecycle of hires across every department. We are looking for a builder who is not just looking to fill roles, but someone who wants to innovate on our processes, leverage modern technology to streamline the candidate journey, and serve as a true ambassador for the AllTrails brand.
