As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and versatile Territory Manager to join our team. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage facility management projects from initiation to completion on behalf of AlffCo at our client sites.
We are seeking a results-driven professional who can oversee multiple projects, coordinate teams, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality outcomes that directly contribute to AlffCo’s revenue and client satisfaction goals. Position Summary
As a Territory Manager, you’ll serve as the key liaison between our clients and our network of service providers, ensuring seamless delivery of facility maintenance and construction services. This dynamic role combines relationship management, vendor oversight, and operational execution across multiple trades including landscaping, snow removal, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
You’ll be responsible for managing incoming service requests, selecting and dispatching the right providers, and ensuring all work meets quality standards and compliance requirements. From onboarding and negotiating with vendors to tracking project outcomes and ensuring contractual fulfillment, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at problem solving, contract negotiation, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills and a general working knowledge of facility maintenance services. You’ll report directly to the Regional Manager and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive client satisfaction and operational success.
