Enterprise Account Executive- Atlanta

Aisera is a high-growth AI Copilot company delivering AI Service Management (AISM) solutions that automate requests and drive cost savings for enterprise customers. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business with mid-market and enterprise accounts, manage a $1M quota, and close high-value SaaS deals through consultative selling and outbound prospecting.

Skills

  • Proven success closing deals >= $150k
  • Experience selling to C-suite and enterprise stakeholders
  • Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound enterprise opportunities (5,000–10,000 seats)
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to educate customers on Aisera's value
  • Manage multiple opportunities across the Aisera buying cycle
  • Prospect cold leads and generate pipeline through targeted outreach
  • Research accounts, identify stakeholders, and build executive relationships
  • Demonstrate the AI Service Management solution and align benefits to customer pain points
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet a $1M quota
  • Maintain and expand assigned prospect lists and accounts

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Relevant sales or industry certifications a plus
