Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Partner who is passionate about helping people grow professionally. In this role, you will design, deliver, and optimize learning experiences that strengthen our culture of continuous development. You will help shape and execute learning strategies by working closely with leaders, other People Ops team members, AI Operations and cross-functional teams to understand development needs. You will also play a key role in building meaningful learning solutions that support our transformation toward a more AI-enabled workforce.
Success in this role requires curiosity, strong learning design skills, and an interest in leveraging AI tools for both your own work and the learning experiences you create.
