Responsibilities
- Elicit, define, and document detailed business and functional requirements from VA stakeholders
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
- Create and maintain use cases, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Translate business needs into system and data requirements for technical teams
- Design and model data structures to support enterprise financial and administrative systems
- Support and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of delivered solutions
- Maintain requirements traceability from inception through implementation
- Assist with change management, communications, and user documentation for system updates
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cost Accounting or related scientific/technical discipline
- Or substitution: 8 years of additional relevant experience may be used in place of the degree
