Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee enterprise test strategy, plans, schedules, and test artifacts for multiple system releases
- Lead functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts
- Manage defect lifecycle and triage processes in coordination with developers and stakeholders
- Coordinate testing resources, environments, data sets, and tools across test phases
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and results
- Provide oversight and guidance to automated testing and CI/CD integration
- Generate test metrics, dashboards, and executive summaries for decision makers
- Collaborate with VA stakeholders to align testing with business, technical, and compliance needs
- Utilize and administer test management tools such as ALM, JIRA, or Zephyr in a DevSecOps environment
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline required, or equivalent experience
- 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the degree
