As a PM, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our healthcare clients by serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. You will guide customers through their journey with Humata Health, driving implementation efforts, timelines, adopting Humata products, retention/expansion, and overall satisfaction while promoting long-term partnerships.

ā Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Humata Healthās products, from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
Demonstrate ownership of the team strategy for achieving project objectives, independently identifying and executing the steps necessary to meet milestones successfully.
Own the project strategy and execution plan, independently driving timelines, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring delivery excellence.
Identify and drive the necessary steps to successfully achieve project objectives, independently resolving project-impacting issues in a timely manner.
Employ effective strategies for identifying and managing project dependencies, proactively mitigating potential delays, and ensuring alignment with internal teams and customers.
Proactively manage contract adherence, ensuring timely delivery of all obligations and milestones.
Apply a consultative approach to uncover client needs and tailor implementation strategies that ensure client alignment and success.
Actively manage deliverables across planning, timelines, building, testing, and go-live to ensure successful deployments.
Lead end to end implementation steps, testing, and training activities to prepare customers for go-live, ensuring smooth transitions into operational use.
Maintain accurate and current documentation related to project issues, risks, and tasks in Smartsheet or other project tracking tools.
Implement a comprehensive communication plan for each project, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed with timely updates.
Send meeting summaries and next steps within one business day after implementation meetings.
Obtain necessary payer, portal, and EHR credentials for automation implementation.
Lead Go-Live Check-In Calls in partnership with Customer Success Managers.
Work with CSM and Support teams to ensure reporting accuracy and successful post-launch monitoring.
Ensure customer workflows align with product functionality and escalate change management needs to the Customer Success Manager when necessary.
Partner with Sales, Product, and SMEs to drive innovative, customer-aligned solutions that improve outcomes and drive retention.
š Role Requirements
Bachelorās degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
5+ years in a customer-facing project management, consulting, account management, or customer success role ā consulting background strongly preferred.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and operational teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs)
Experience and skills in contracting and monitoring
Experience with PowerBI for reporting desired, Google Workspace, Smartsheets, Slack
Familiarity with healthcare operations, prior authorization, or revenue cycle workflow optimization desired.
Willingness to travel as required (up to 25%).
