About Us:
webAI is pioneering the future of artificial intelligence by establishing the first distributed AI infrastructure dedicated to personalized AI. We recognize the evolving demands of a data-driven society for scalability and flexibility, and we firmly believe that the future of AI lies in distributed processing at the edge, bringing computation closer to the source of data generation. Our mission is to build a future where a company's valuable data and intellectual property remain entirely private, enabling the deployment of large-scale AI models directly on standard consumer hardware without compromising the information embedded within those models. We are developing an end-to-end platform that is secure, scalable, and fully under the control of our users, empowering enterprises with AI that understands their unique business. We are a team driven by truth, ownership, tenacity, and humility, and we seek individuals who resonate with these core values and are passionate about shaping the next generation of AI.
About the Role:
As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll partner with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives on time, with quality, and with transparency. You’ll define clear delivery frameworks, own multi-team program timelines, and measure the metrics that matter for scaling our engineering execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact programs from idea intake to production launch.
Execute the company roadmap and sequencing for initiatives, epics, and stories.
Build and manage integrated program plans across multiple teams, surfacing dependencies and risks early.
Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies including sprint and release readiness reviews, ensuring all required deliverables are complete.
Define and implement lightweight delivery frameworks that scale with the company’s growth stage.
Align on consistent definitions of lead time, cycle time, release stages, and “done.”
Introduce Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting that give leaders clear visibility without adding overhead.
Drive retrospectives to capture learnings and continuously improve program delivery.
Set and track program health metrics (e.g., lead time, throughput, predictability, defect rate).
Build reporting at Initiative → Epic → Story → Task level to identify bottlenecks.
Partner with Product & Eng leadership to use data for prioritization and resourcing decisions.
Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-To-Market teams.
Provide clear, concise status updates tailored to the audience—from exec summaries to detailed engineering trackers.
Manage expectations and alignment across distributed stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
7+ years in Technical Program Management, Engineering Operations, or similar roles.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team technical programs in an agile environment.
Strong grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices.
Experience creating cross-team metrics dashboards in Jira or equivalent tools.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills—can operate at both detail and executive levels.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, with a bias for clarity and action.
Startup or high-growth company experience is strongly preferred.
