Account Executive, Enterprise - Dallas

Zscaler is a global leader in cloud security, operating the world’s largest security cloud and serving thousands of enterprise customers, including many Fortune 500 companies. The company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive based in the greater Dallas area to drive net-new business, cultivate C-level relationships, and align Zscaler’s Zero Trust and SASE solutions with customers’ strategic goals.

Skills

  • Proven full-cycle enterprise software/security sales experience
  • Ability to sell at C-Level and influence executive stakeholders
  • Strong account planning, pipeline management, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with channel partnerships and partner-driven deals
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales forecasting
  • Comfortable with travel up to 50% and remote engagement across time zones

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and customer stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers
  • Develop and execute long-term account strategies aligned to customer business objectives
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, customer success, partners, and other cross-functional teams for account planning and delivery
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, mapping Zscaler solutions to client security and transformation goals
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and quota

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
