Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for integration and sync issues.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language.
- Experience performing QA testing and providing go-live technical support.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and support teams.
- Comfort managing sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Own technical onboarding for health systems and enterprise provider groups from discovery to go-live.
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients and coordinate across internal teams.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure successful implementations.
- Troubleshoot sync and integration issues, perform QA testing, and provide go-live support.
- Document technical workflows and maintain internal knowledge bases.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to escalate and resolve technical blockers.
- Train support specialists and contribute to team onboarding and process improvements.
- Support technical pre-sales conversations and respond to RFPs or stakeholder questions as needed.
- Handle sensitive customer data with strict confidentiality and integrity.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Relevant technical certifications or coursework are a plus.
- Equivalent hands-on experience in technical support or implementation accepted.
