Technical Implementation Specialist

Zocdoc is a leading digital health marketplace on a mission to give power to the patient. We are seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to lead technical onboarding for large health systems and enterprise clients, managing integrations from discovery through go-live while providing white-glove, client-facing technical support and ensuring successful, reliable implementations.

Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for integration and sync issues.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language.
  • Experience performing QA testing and providing go-live technical support.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and support teams.
  • Comfort managing sensitive data and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical onboarding for health systems and enterprise provider groups from discovery to go-live.
  • Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients and coordinate across internal teams.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure successful implementations.
  • Troubleshoot sync and integration issues, perform QA testing, and provide go-live support.
  • Document technical workflows and maintain internal knowledge bases.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product to escalate and resolve technical blockers.
  • Train support specialists and contribute to team onboarding and process improvements.
  • Support technical pre-sales conversations and respond to RFPs or stakeholder questions as needed.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with strict confidentiality and integrity.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Relevant technical certifications or coursework are a plus.
  • Equivalent hands-on experience in technical support or implementation accepted.
