Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor Salesforce admins, developers, and automation engineers, including nearshore contractors.
- Run regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, coaching, and career development activities.
- Enable senior engineers and leads to own sprint planning, delivery, and retrospectives.
- Oversee Salesforce architecture, governance, and platform development lifecycle.
- Drive design and implementation of automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve sales, service, and operations.
- Maintain DevOps practices: version control, sandbox management, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, observability, and incident management.
- Partner with business stakeholders on backlog prioritization, roadmap execution, and resource planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional intake, refinement, and sprint execution for Salesforce and Automation teams.
- Lead weekly production triage and timely issue resolution.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus
