Xello is seeking a Director of Brand & Communications who excels in storytelling and brand building to enhance engagement with K–12 educators and decision-makers, reflected in the organization's mission to empower future-ready students.
Responsibilities: Lead brand strategy, oversee content creation, establish thought leadership programs, manage customer storytelling, execute events, and direct external communications to amplify brand voice and awareness.
Skills: Expertise in brand strategy, content development, team leadership, strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in brand or content marketing roles, including 3+ years in leadership; familiarity with K–12 education or education technology is a plus.
Location: Remote (USA or Canada)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $180,000.
