Marketing Director

PursueCare is a mission-driven telemedicine company delivering compassionate, judgment-free addiction recovery and behavioral health services to patients—particularly those in rural and underserved communities. We're seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead digital and partnership-focused marketing efforts, build brand awareness across health systems and Medicaid populations, and manage a small, creative marketing team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Skills

  • Digital marketing strategy and execution (paid, organic, email, in-app)
  • Social media content and community management
  • Content creation and editing for web and marketing materials
  • Campaign analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization
  • Experience designing ad and collateral assets or working with designers
  • Knowledge of Medicaid market dynamics and barriers to care
  • Collaborative experience with sales/partnership teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting patients, health systems, hospitals, health plans, and community organizations.
  • Plan and run in-app, remarketing, paid, email, and social campaigns to engage current, prospective, and lapsed patients.
  • Create and manage physical and digital marketing collateral for partnership development, sales presentations, and relationship management.
  • Craft messaging tailored to Medicaid populations and audiences impacted by social determinants of health.
  • Write, edit, and proof web content, social posts, blogs, advertising copy, and press materials.
  • Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target-segment insights in digital health and addiction treatment.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and reputation across channels and campaigns.
  • Measure and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, reputation) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, digital health, telemedicine, or addiction treatment
