Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth counseling sessions for substance use disorder and mental health disorders using PursueCare’s platform.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and update them through ongoing case conferencing.
- Administer and interpret validated clinical assessments to guide treatment.
- Document sessions, clinical decisions, and CPT codes accurately in the EHR to support billing and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinicians, operations staff, and referral partners to ensure continuity of care.
- Assess and intervene in crises, provide resources and referrals, and advocate for patient safety.
- Maintain a professional, private, distraction-free workspace for telehealth visits.
Education
- Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or related field
- Current independent clinical license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD) valid in the state(s) of practice
