We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager, HiredScore to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on HiredScore product implementations and processes while leading a cross-functional group of team leads. You will be responsible for the highest-level client escalations, ensuring your teams are equipped to succeed, and driving excellence in delivery.
This position offers an opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a fast-growing unit. You will gain valuable experience working with executive leadership, as well as our development, product, and customer success teams, while also engaging directly with senior leaders at our client organizations.
Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional team while acting as the subject matter expert on HiredScore product implementation and processes.
Oversee all aspects of team building, including hiring, onboarding, training, mentorship, and professional development.
Coach and mentor team members to optimize performance, foster career growth, and support personal development.
Provide comprehensive team guidance across daily operations, client interactions, and on-demand client calls—serving as the primary escalation point for all issues.
Partner with application development scrum teams to deliver customer features and product innovations.
Understand client needs and workflows, designing tailored HiredScore implementation plans and offering creative solutions to ensure success.
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition of accounts from sales through launch, training, post-launch support, and adoption.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About You
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Lead in Technical Project Management, Implementation Management, or Professional Services Management.
4+ years of experience managing Managers and Senior Software development teams as well as mentoring to promoting growth within the organization
6+ years’ experience as the single point of contact resolving complex issues and manage escalations. Subject matter expert of current IT standards, applications, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and industry trends
Other Qualifications:
Strong, hands-on experience implementing SaaS products and delivering professional services in a software delivery environment, including configurations and system integrations.
Led recruiting efforts and talent appreciation initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent
Demonstrated success in high-growth SaaS companies selling to enterprise clients in a global environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Proven ability to manage projects from scratch, balancing multiple demands and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Process-focused problem solver, always looking for ways to improve outcomes.
Resilient and adaptable, able to navigate constraints, rapid change, and competing priorities.
Deep affinity for technology and a strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases. Experience using ticketing and knowledge management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Skilled in mentorship and people management, coaching software engineering teams to achieve high performance and professional growth.
Experienced in technical project management, driving complex software initiatives from requirements gathering through delivery.
Strong ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable engineering plans and solutions.
Demonstrates strong decision-making, accountability, and execution, ensuring teams deliver high-quality results.
Provides engineering leadership, fostering collaboration and guiding teams through complex projects.
Communicates candidly and clearly with stakeholders to align on priorities, expectations, and outcomes.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
