Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor program managers and cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, finance, planning, operations, launch services, mission ops)
- Interface with customers to coordinate program activities and provide program status
- Develop and implement program plans, schedules, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Manage program financials including estimates at complete, estimates to complete, and pricing rationale
- Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and opportunities; run milestone reviews and rehearsals
- Prepare monthly program and financial reports and executive presentations
- Oversee personnel selection, allocation, training, development, and performance management
- Drive continuous process and technology improvement to increase program predictability
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline required
- Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred
- Eligibility for U.S. security clearance and compliance with export controls
