Responsibilities
- Lead execution of strategic global enablement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Design and continuously improve end-to-end enablement processes including request intake, delivery, and reporting
- Build and maintain enablement reporting and dashboards; connect programs to performance metrics and KPIs
- Act as operational owner and admin lead for enablement platforms (LMS, CMS) and support the technology roadmap
- Serve as liaison to cross-functional teams; manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize program requests using data
- Develop clear communications with trainers, speakers, and senior leadership to ensure seamless program delivery
- Provide logistics and operational support for global classes and major GTM events (e.g., sales kickoffs)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred but not required
