Project Manager for Packaging Manufacturing Company (US-Based/Remote)

Our client is a fast-moving packaging company supporting modern DTC brands. They are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a client-facing, cross-functional role that bridges communication between clients, operations, and partner factories to ensure smooth production and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored packaging/shipping solutions.
- Set clear expectations on pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collect feedback to improve client experience.
Project & Order Management
- Own and manage project timelines from sampling to final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and factories to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor quality control processes and escalate issues when needed.
Quotations & Reporting
- Prepare and update quotations, documents, and project trackers.
- Track margin opportunities and monitor client profitability.
- Maintain reporting dashboards (Lark) to ensure accurate, up-to-date records.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate with Logistics, Social Media, and Factory teams.
- Translate client briefs into actionable supplier steps.
- Attend internal meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure alignment.
Email & Communication Management
- Manage and prioritize communication with clients and suppliers.
- Keep project documentation organized and updated in Lark or other systems.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools and systems.
- Business acumen and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in the manufacturing/packaging industry
- Experience managing client-facing projects in supply chain, logistics, or DTC/e-commerce brands (preferred).
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.

- End-of-Year (EOY) bonuses:
- Equivalent to 1.5x your monthly salary for every 6 months of employment.
