WinnCompanies is searching for a Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM) Coordinator to join our military housing team at Fort Campbell, KY.
In this role, you will coordinate and facilitate the administration of COMs in accordance with time, budget and quality expectations. You will work closely with COM Manager, Leasing Manager and Community Managers.
Please note that this position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility.
