This isn’t a “fetch coffee and fix a spreadsheet” internship. You’ll work directly with serial founders who have built companies from zero to millions in revenue, earned press in major publications, and helped interns go on to launch their own funded startups or land roles at high-growth companies. If you want to see how an AI startup is actually built — from sales to strategy — this will be the closest seat to the action you’ll get.


This internship is structured as a learning experience with hands-on training and mentorship; there is no expectation of employment at the end of the term.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage real sales operations tasks under direct supervision.

  • Keep HubSpot organized by cleaning data, updating CRM fields, and ensuring strong pipeline hygiene.

  • Pull targeted prospect lists and support outbound efforts across industries.

  • Research new verticals, competitors, and market opportunities.

  • Help create dashboards, reports, and insights that guide decision-making.

  • Support workflow documentation and internal processes as we scale.

  • Optional exposure to strategy calls, founder meetings, and customer conversations.

    Note: All responsibilities are designed to be educational and training-focused.

  • How founders think about growth, product, and prioritization.

  • How to use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal AI systems.

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program and looking to gain real-world experience directly from founders.

Schedule
2–3 days per week
Hybrid, with at least 1 in-office day in Culver City or West Hollywood

Compensation
This internship is unpaid or stipend-based (depending on school credit requirements). It is designed primarily for training, education, and real-world exposure to the operations of a high-growth AI company.
