Job Description

As a Resort Services Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and comfort of our in-house guests. Your responsibilities will include providing friendly and positive service, managing incoming calls, and coordinating various tasks to enhance the overall guest experience. 

As a Resort Services Operator, you will: 

  • Provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our in-house guests. 
  • Answer calls using the phone routing system.  
  • Route calls and take messages to the appropriate departments. 
  • Complete daily reports and records as required.
  • Answer, screen, and route outside calls.
  • Supply information to callers and record messages.
  • Call back each guest who called to ensure completion of the request.
  • Coordinate with the front desk via “Owner Forecast Grid” to ensure all owner villas are a priority and that there are adequate villas in the system for the night arrival.
  • Input and manage timeshare villa status for the front desk.
  • Be a liaison with the front desk daily for partial and full services and VIP lists.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift up to 15lbs.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment or similar preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
