Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service and represent Warby Parker’s brand values on the sales floor
- Advise customers on frames, fit, and style while demonstrating product knowledge
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, and assist with basic order handling
- Support merchandising, visual presentation, and maintaining an organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to improve store processes and contribute to special projects
- Anticipate team and customer needs and help where needed to keep the store running smoothly
- Foster an inclusive, respectful environment for customers and colleagues
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ongoing interest in fashion, retail, or technology preferred
