How will you make a difference?
The Product Management Lead for Automation is responsible for driving the overall growth objectives for the Train Performance & Automation (TP&A) business within Wabtec’s Digital Intelligence portfolio. This executive leads the development and execution of product & service strategy, including the definition of the Multi-Generation Product Plan (MGPP), product roadmap, and related service models. The role oversees the commercialization process, encompassing pricing strategy, value proposition, competitive positioning, advanced technologies, and go-to-market models. Key responsibilities include leading the annual strategic planning process, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to set objectives and revenue targets, and identifying new business and partnership opportunities to achieve growth and sales goals.

The salary rate for this role is currently $161300-229800 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
