Senior Enterprise Sales Executive (West)

Vonage is a global leader in cloud communications providing innovative unified communications, contact center, and AI solutions. The company seeks a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth in the mid-market segment, specializing in key industries and managing multi-product sales cycles.

Skills

  • Technology or SaaS sales expertise with focus on mid-market segment.
  • Proven quota attainment and top performer recognition.
  • Experience in subscription-based SaaS and communication solutions sales with deal sizes from $50K to $1M+.
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills.
  • Capability to lead multi-threaded sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, and Highspot.
  • Specialization or interest in vertical markets like Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, or Technology.
  • Solution selling, consultative, and outcome-based selling proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own direct and indirect sales management across marketing, channel, and strategic alliances for mid-market accounts with quota accountability.
  • Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer impact within the assigned territory.
  • Generate and manage pipeline maintaining 4x quota coverage from inbound and self-sourced opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored, outcome-based value propositions in key verticals like Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, and Technology.
  • Conduct multi-product solution selling across UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI platforms.
  • Navigate complex buying groups, gaining consensus among business and technical stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate pipeline and booking forecasts using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Channel & Alliances, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ensure seamless post-sale handoff and support to drive long-term customer adoption and satisfaction.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
