Visa Direct is a payment service that enables clients—including financial institutions, processors, merchants, and service providers—to send funds globally using push payment technology. As part of the North America Visa Direct Client & Product Solutions team, the Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Visa products, from concept to launch, while ensuring alignment with business needs and delivery with the highest quality. We are looking for a proactive and innovative individual who is eager to learn and can excel both independently and as part of the team. This role collaborates with internal teams and external partners, manages the product backlog, prioritizes features, and ensures product strategy supports overall business goals. The right candidate will be able to combine successful product development process experience with effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and technical skills. The role demands strong analytical, collaborative, strategic, and technical product skills, as well as strong payments industry knowledge, market analysis skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
