Skills
- 2+ years call center or customer service experience
- High-volume email handling and order entry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional email etiquette
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to pass a customer service assessment
Responsibilities
- Communicate order and return status updates to customers and internal stakeholders via email and phone
- Process incoming orders, validate purchase order contents, and coordinate with warehouses for timely dispatch
- Receive and process incoming returns, categorize items, and initiate refurbishment workflows
- Support inbound and outbound shipments, escalations, and exceptions with Global Operations and Supply Chain teams
- Collaborate with Finance on returns and order-related issues
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks to support overall operations
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; equivalent experience considered
