- Proven experience with continuous improvement in eCommerce or logistics operations
- Strong WMS knowledge and experience optimizing warehouse software
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Analytical skills to interpret operational data and drive KPI improvements
- Project management and change leadership capabilities
- Experience managing direct reports and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies across eCommerce fulfillment and warehouse operations
- Partner with IT and warehouse teams to optimize WMS software and integrations
- Use data analysis to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and create action plans to improve KPIs
- Lead change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees on new systems and best practices
- Monitor, report progress, and ensure measurable outcomes on improvement projects
- Manage and mentor direct reports and cross-functional project teams
- Coordinate travel to fulfillment/office sites (~30% annually) for implementations and audits
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
