General Manager / Assistant General Manager
Location: Libertyville, IL (Chicago North Suburbs)
Schedule: Full-time, including weekdays and one weekend shift per week
Compensation: $45,000–$55,000+, including performance bonuses + PTO + benefits

This isn’t a 9-5 desk job—this is a career with purpose that lets you set a flexible, full-time schedule alongside the General Manager.
We are looking for a mission-driven Assistant General Manager to help lead our team, support families, and grow our membership community.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Center Operations & Leadership
Support the General Manager in daily operations, scheduling, and center performance.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand consistency across the facility.
Oversee front desk operations including check-in, parent inquiries, and transactions.
Hands-on coaching 5–10 classes weekly using the curriculum.
Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating coaching staff.
Sales & Community Engagement
Drive lead follow-up, trial conversion, and membership sales.
Engage families and create memorable, high-value experiences.
Build lasting relationships with families that keep them coming back.
Support scheduling and promotion of camps, events, and parties.
Represent the center at community events to increase awareness and inquiries.
Culture & Relationships
Model core values in every interaction—with coaches, kids, and parents.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high energy.
Provide clear, consistent communication to staff and leadership.

REQUIREMENTS
Passion for children’s development and energetic environments.
Leadership or supervisory experience in retail, fitness, or kids’ services preferred.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Physically able to participate in active play with kids.
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Preferred: Experience in child development, boutique fitness, or franchise operations.
