Responsibilities
- Lead Facilities operations and site services for Vaxcyte’s Headquarters
- Develop and maintain global security programs and policies
- Manage a high-performing Facilities team including employees, contingent workers, and third-party partners
- Collaborate on lab equipment installation and maintenance
- Develop a 3-5 year strategic Facilities roadmap for HQ and associated spaces
- Oversee relocations, expansions, redesigns, and space planning
- Maintain 24x7 on-call schedule and emergency procedures for Facilities team
- Implement and maintain Integrated Workplace Management and CMMS systems
- Establish external partnerships and collaborate with property managers and agencies
- Ensure compliance with cGxP and other regulatory requirements
- Manage Facilities budget, procurement, and key performance indicators
- Serve as Facilities SME during audits and support emergency and continuity planning
- Drive process improvements and automation in Facilities functions
- Support minor repairs and troubleshooting in office and lab settings
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
