Responsibilities
- Process large volumes of personal consumer loan applications while maintaining high quality
- Provide excellent customer service on inbound and outbound calls
- Respond to customer inquiries via internal messaging systems
- Become an expert on product features and underwriting processes
- Adapt to changing policies and procedures while maintaining quality metrics
- Review borrower-submitted financial and identifying documents
- Verify and calculate customer income for underwriting decisions
- Detect suspicious or potentially fraudulent loan applications
- Meet or exceed production, quality, and customer service goals
Education
- College degree preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
